CASA of Fresno & Madera Counties is a non-profit organization which recruits, trains and supports community volunteers to advocate and speak for abused and neglected children who have been placed in the foster care system in Juvenile Dependency Court. CASA volunteers give voice to these children's needs in court, so that they can be placed in a safe, permanent home. With the help of over 135 trained volunteer advocates, CASA brings hope to nearly 350 foster children within Fresno and Madera Counties annually. Still, there are more than 2,800 other children within our community in need of help. CASA's long-term goal is to one day give a voice to every foster child in need.
